Clinical Applications
RenaPhos Vet Powder helps support renal function in dogs and cats with renal insufficiency or chronic renal failure. It uses a combination of calcium salts and chitosan to bind excessive phosphate and toxins present in the gastrointestinal tract from entering the body and causing further damage to the kidney nephrons and other body tissues. Sodium bicarbonate prevents acidification and maintains normal physiological pH of the blood, urine and intracellular fluids.
- Chronic Renal Failure or insufficiency

- Lower Urinary Tract Disease
- Osteoporosis
- Thyroid Disease
Mix well with food 0.2 g of powder for each 1 kg of body weight daily. Total daily dosage can be split between 2-3 meals rather than given entirely with one meal.
Administer product in 30-day cycles, following the advice of your veterinarian. Ensure water is available to the animal at all times.
Use 1 Small Scoop (0.5 g) per 2.5 kg bodyweight. Use 1 Large Scoop (2.0 g) per 10 kg bodyweight.
In renal dysfunction, combining with HBVS EFA Prime will be beneficial in maintaining residual health and blood pressure, whilst reducing further inflammatory renal damage.
